Terms and Conditions of the Referral Program

  • To participate in the referral program, the partner must have a valid customer account at pro-webdesign.co.uk
  • An affiliate is given a unique URL (referral link) in the format https://pro-webdesign.co.uk/?ref=XXXX, where XXXX is a unique affiliate code
  • The referral link is used by the partner to attract new clients to pro-webdesign.co.uk and to receive remuneration as part of the Referral Program
  • After registering a new client at pro-webdesign.co.uk using the referral link of a partner and paying for the service agreement by the client, the partner will be able to receive full information about all transfers under his/her referral link and the amount of the referral fee received for each client in his/her personal account on the website
  • In order for an affiliate to receive remuneration for a referred client, this client must register on the site using the affiliate’s unique referral link, place an order in their name and pay for a new contract for the services offered by the site
  • If the invited client fulfils all the above conditions, the partner is entitled to receive remuneration in the amount set by the Referral Program
  • The affiliate promotional code is stored in a cookie in the client’s browser for 30 days
  • If a customer with a promotional code already saved in a cookie follows the referral link of another partner within 30 days, the latter partner’s promotional code replaces the previously saved promotional code in the cookie and is retained for 30 days from the date of overwriting
  • If an invited client has received several referral links from different partners, only the link the client clicked to register will be counted
  • Pro Web Design reserves the right to change (increase) the amount of remuneration for the Referral Program
  • Remuneration amounts other than the standard amount may only be paid to members of the Referral Program during the promotional period
  • Pro Web Design undertakes to provide partners with information on the terms and conditions of such special offers by e-mail or in the partner area of pro-webdesign.co.uk
  • Remuneration amounts other than the standard amounts may also be determined for a member of the Referral Program on a case-by-case basis
  • The amount of remuneration set by the Referral Program will be credited to the internal partner’s balance within 7 working days of receiving payment from the referred client

Ways of paying the partner’s remuneration

  • Remuneration is credited to the partner’s internal account at pro-webdesign.co.uk and is accounted in GBP
  • The partner can use the amount of the affiliate commission to pay for their orders on any of the products on pro-webdesign.co.uk or withdraw the accumulated commission to their PayPal account or bank account
  • Minimum amount to withdraw: 100 GBP
  • Pro Web Design reserves the right to suspend an affiliate’s commission if it is suspected that the affiliate is in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the requirements of the Referral Program
  • If an infringement of partner’s rights is proven, Pro Web Design has the right to take appropriate action, which may take the form of terminating the partner’s account or suspending their participation in the Referral Program
  • Pro Web Design is not liable for use of the Referral Program in contravention of these Terms and Conditions
  • Pro Web Design reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice by making full payment to the partners
  • All participants in the Referral Program are required to adhere to the Terms and Conditions, act in good faith and comply with applicable laws

A partner is not allowed to:

  • Create multiple accounts and send invitations to yourself
  • Send invitations to clients who have created additional accounts at pro-webdesign.co.uk specifically for this purpose
  • Use false identities to create fake accounts and send them invitations
  • Send invitations to people you don’t know, if the way they are sent is considered by Pro Web Design as spam or other unwanted interaction
  • Use a credit card or bank account in your name to pay for the orders of users to whom the referral link has been sent
  • Send invitations to existing clients of pro-webdesign.co.uk
  • Do anything that might damage the site’s reputation
  • Carry out spamming using an affiliate referral link
  • Use branded queries (product names) as key phrases in a contextual advertising campaign
  • Copy text, presentations, visuals and other material from other people’s websites
  • Use someone else’s domain name as a link in promotional material
  • Imitate someone else’s website
  • Use low-quality traffic: doorway techniques, off-topic traffic, etc.
  • Use other companies’ logos or elements of other companies’ logos without the permission of their owners
  • Make any attempt to circumvent the requirements of the Referral Program or the applicable Terms and Conditions

Affiliate links are not allowed on websites:

  • Non-compliant with current legal requirements
  • Claiming the inequality of people based on gender, race, nationality, religion, social status and wealth
  • Having abusive and/or pornographic content
  • Presented as online casinos or file-sharing sites
  • Offering paid and/or clickable ads (banners) or other forms of advertising, paid websites, emails, etc., as well as other similar types of online income
  • Having content that is misleading to users
  • Downloading viruses, trojans and other malware onto users’ computers and mobile devices

It is forbidden for a referral partner to promote his/her own referral resource (website, webpage, social media pages, video blog, etc.) or to set up paid advertising in Internet search engines (especially Google, Yandex, etc.) as well as in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), using any Pro Web Design trade names as keywords. Variants written in different languages are unacceptable.

Sanctions

If a partner commits the acts described above, the following sanctions will apply:

  • Termination of cooperation
  • Termination of referral program payments
  • Closing the referral account
