What we do each month

  • Monitoring. Alerts when your business name appears somewhere new, so you hear about it before your customers do.
  • Replies to reviews. Every review answered, drafted for your approval, written for the next reader rather than for the reviewer.
  • Review requests. A polite ask sent to customers at the right moment — after the job is finished, not before. Asked of everyone, not only the happy ones.
  • Listings kept straight. Name, address, phone and hours consistent across Google and the directories that matter.
  • A short monthly note on what arrived, what was answered and where the rating stands.

What we will not do

We do not buy or write fake reviews, and we would advise against anyone who offers to. Platforms detect them, the penalty lands on you, and it is the sort of thing that ends up in a screenshot.

Terms

£99 a month, or £1,089 a year. Cancel any month. Removing negative results from search — as opposed to answering and outweighing them — is project work and quoted separately.
