If there is nothing more that we can do to help you and your business with a particular service and you wish to cancel said service, then you will need to complete the official online cancellation form below for each service you wish to cancel.

Contract Cancellation

• The cancellation form is the only way of cancelling a contract
• The cancellation form protects both parties from hackers, employees, competitors and impostors incorrectly cancelling your services
• The cancellation form protects both parties from cancelling incorrect services
• A cancellation form should be completed for each service so that neither party is confused about which services you want to cancel
• All services require 60 days’ or 2 full months’ notice in addition to their minimum term
• Services may continue during your cancellation period
